Description

María is Aena’s Head of international legal affairs since 2002. She has over 20 years senior lawyer experience in M&A, PPP, corporate, commercial, regulatory. She is a member of Aena’s Compliance Committee ; a former Deputy Secretary of Aena’s Board of Directors, Compliance Director, Data Protection Committee Chairman, and Secretary of Aena Internacional’s Board and Audit Committee. María is also a Director to Aena’s English and Mexican subsidiaries and a former Director and Secretary to Boards of Directors and of Trustees to European and LatAm companies and foundations. She has a diploma from General Management Program Postgraduate (IESE), Corporate Legal Consultancy Master (Complutense University). María is member of Instituto de Consejeros-Administradores and Association of Corporate Counsel.
